David Bach has over 25 years of senior-level healthcare management experience and an extensive, diverse track record of success as a healthcare investor and serial entrepreneur, having founded, built and invested in several highly successful healthcare services companies.

Dr. Bach's professional accomplishments have included:

• Founder / CEO of Leprechaun, a Texas-based HCC management outsourcing company.

• Founder / CEO of Empyrean Benefit Solutions, a Texas-based Human Resources outsourcing company.

• Founder / CEO of Touchstone Health Partnership, a New York City-based Medicare HMO.

• Senior-level private equity experience with TA Associates, a Boston-based mezzanine capital fund.

• Senior-level management consultant experience with American Practice Management, Inc., at the time, the country's largest healthcare management consulting firm (now owned by CSC).

Dr. Bach graduated from both Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, and conducted his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Bach has also been a professional cellist.
